A fundraising event of the National Council (SVDPUSA).

Saturday, September 19

3-mile walk/run around the north shore of Easter Lake.
Walk starts at north shore concession area.

8:30 a.m. – Registration
9:30 a.m. – Opening prayer and walk begins
10:45 – Closing prayer and prizes
Beverages and snacks provided

T-shirts available
Bring family and friends
Bicycles and strollers are welcome!

Guided by faith, we work alongside St. Vincent de Paul of Des Moines to offer direct assistance, personal navigation, and life-changing support services.

Reentry Program: Supporting individuals transitioning out of the justice system with vital connections to housing, job readiness, benefits, and community resources.
Sobering Center: Providing a safe, dignified alternative to jail for individuals experiencing intoxication, offering compassionate support and connections to recovery resources.
Pantry Locations & Assistance: Connecting families and individuals with essential food, clothing, hygiene products, and household items through our local Des Moines pantries.
