At St. Theresa, our St. Vincent de Paul Committee is dedicated to serving neighbors in need across our local community with compassion, respect, and hope. Guided by faith, we work alongside St. Vincent de Paul of Des Moines to offer direct assistance, personal navigation, and life-changing support services.

• Reentry Program: Supporting individuals transitioning out of the justice system with vital connections to housing, job readiness, benefits, and community resources.
• Sobering Center: Providing a safe, dignified alternative to jail for individuals experiencing intoxication, offering compassionate support and connections to recovery resources.
• Pantry Locations & Assistance: Connecting families and individuals with essential food, clothing, hygiene products, and household items through our local Des Moines pantries.
