Weekly HVAC Update

We are excited to share several progress updates regarding our upcoming parish construction project!


Contract & Construction Team: The general contract with Henkel Construction is officially signed. Henkel is currently finalizing agreements with all subcontractors, led by our primary mechanical contractor, Cunningham Inc. Established in 1970, Cunningham brings decades of expertise in heating and cooling systems, schools, and healthcare facilities.


Timeline & Site Access: Project scheduling is ongoing, but site setup begins the week of October 19 with perimeter fencing going up. Please note the following initial access changes:
The North door of the church will be closed to the public.
The driveway between the parish office and the church will be closed to vehicle traffic.
Work will begin in the lower level first. We will provide weekly updates to keep everyone informed on open and closed areas.
