Executive Pastoral Council 

The purpose of the Parish Council is to assist the pastor:

• In planning for the development of the Faith Community through prayer, faith formation, hospitality and service. 
• In identifying and assessing the gifts and needs of the faith community
• In developing and initiating pastoral plans to serve the parish mission for the Kingdom of God.

General Pastoral Council

• General Pastoral Council meetings are meant to provide the following opportunities 
• Announce and inform on parish developments through monthly reports and group presentations.
• Generate feedback and brainstorming opportunities over specific parish events and topics.
• Educate parishioners 

Council Members:
All parishioners are invited to participate in the General Council meetings. 

Meeting Times:
General Pastoral Council Meetings are held quarterly.   Meetings are the third Thursday of the month each at 6:30 in the Parish Hall. Upcoming dates are as follows: 
– June 19th 2025 – rescheduled May meeting
– August 21st 2025
– November 20th 2025
– February 19th 2026
– May 21st 2026
